Principal Software Engineer

The company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to act as a technical leader, unblocking the engineering team by resolving complex technical impasses, standardising engineering practices, and owning cross-functional initiatives. The role remains highly hands-on, with responsibility for rapidly prototyping, shipping MVPs, and turning product ideas into polished user experiences across the stack. Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams, the engineer will operate with a high degree of independence in a hybrid environment. The position also involves supporting hiring, performance, and technical roadmaps as the company scales.
