Senior AI Software Engineer (.NET)

The company is building an AI-driven system for logistics operations, where planning and execution decisions are supported by AI agents that act autonomously where safe and hand over to humans where they are not. The role focuses on bringing LLM- and agent-powered features into production .NET services, including tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval over operational data, and document and message understanding. The engineer designs the boundaries between deterministic business logic and probabilistic AI, covering validation, fallbacks and human-in-the-loop flows. They also make AI measurable and trustworthy through evals, test sets, observability, guardrails and cost/latency budgets, owning features end to end from problem framing with product to running them in production.
