Software Engineering Manager - Control Plane

The Control Plane team builds the backbone every other service team depends on: authentication and authorization, subscription and license management, the public API, the frontend and the shared services the whole platform relies on. The role leads this domain team across backend, frontend and security work, reporting to the Head of Engineering, and owns the roadmap end to end, including SLAs, cost, on-call and customer impact. The manager delivers the public API developer experience for defense, intelligence and enterprise integrators, ships the access control sovereign customers require, and holds the operational bar for availability, request success and incident quality. The position sits in an async-first, remote-friendly organization where decisions live in documents and interfaces.
