Chief Technology & Product Officer

The Chief Technology & Product Officer will lead the combined Product and Technology team as a member of the executive team, reporting to the CEO. This role owns the technology and product strategy, including platform architecture for financial products like Material Financing and Pay App Advance. The incumbent will make hard engineering decisions, write code alongside the AI-first development team, and oversee security, compliance, and data governance while mentoring talent and managing budgets.
