Full-stack Developer (Middle-Senior)

The role is a full-stack developer position focused on building and maintaining enterprise systems across backend and frontend layers. The person will develop backend APIs and background workers in .NET with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Hangfire and MediatR, and build feature UIs in Nuxt 3 / Vue 3, with occasional work in a React 18 + TypeScript LMS module. They will handle cross-service integrations such as file uploads and employee data sync with external HR systems, and use AI coding tools daily to scaffold, refactor and ship features faster. The role also involves collaborating with product and design to translate compliance and legal requirements into clear, usable product features.
