Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior Applied AI Software Engineer, you design and deliver complex AI-enabled product capabilities with minimal guidance, working across a T-shaped, full-stack profile spanning UI, APIs, services, and data pipelines. You lead the full software development lifecycle of digital banking products, from architectural design to release and maintenance, and act as a technical authority who mentors peers and raises the bar on AI-native engineering practices. The role sits within a pod-based model, collaborating with architects, product owners, and UX designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
