Senior AI Applied Software Engineer

The company is looking for a Senior AI Applied Software Engineer (Frontend) to join its P&P department in Kraków, working at the core of the platform across App, Design System and other experiences. The role is a technical cornerstone of a squad: designing and delivering complex, performant, secure and scalable frontend features with minimal guidance. The engineer leads the full SDLC of digital banking products, from architectural design to release and maintenance, and acts as a go-to resource for the team through mentoring, code reviews and raising engineering standards. The position also involves using AI tooling across the SDLC and collaborating in an agile model with architects, product managers and UX designers.
