AI-Augmented Software Engineer

The company is hiring Software Engineers to deliver product software end to end in client stacks, with coding agents embedded in the daily workflow rather than treated as an experiment. The role owns AI-augmented product delivery: APIs, services, data models and interfaces built from a problem statement to something running in front of client users. Engineers work inside client environments, their repositories and standups, and are accountable for the quality of everything that ships under their name, including tests, CI/CD and failure handling. The position is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to the client's working day.
