AI-Augmented Software Engineer

The company is hiring Software Engineers to deliver product software end to end in client stacks, with coding agents embedded in the daily workflow rather than treated as an experiment. The role owns AI-augmented product delivery: APIs, services, data models and interfaces built from a problem statement to something running in front of the client's users. Engineers work inside the client's environment — their repositories, standups and sometimes customer calls — with specification, tests and agent context committed before implementation. The position is fully remote across Latin America and aligned to the client's working day, sitting in the Software Engineer lane alongside data engineering, data science and AI engineering.
