Engineering Lead - People Management

The company is building its digital entertainment platforms from scratch in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment and needs an Engineering Lead based in Miami to run the team behind it. The role leads a group of around 30 developers across several concurrent projects, setting technical direction while staying hands-on with the code and the people. The person mentors engineers, shapes delivery, and keeps multiple projects moving without losing quality, working closely with product and other engineering leads. The position is based in Miami to work closely with the Owner/Founder & CEO.
