This is a hands-on Senior Product Engineer role based in Berlin that combines software development with coaching and direct people management. The incumbent will write and review code, grow junior and mid-level engineers, and take responsibility for their feedback, performance, and career development. The role involves building and shipping product features end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Design teams, and progressively taking on project leadership and formal line management responsibilities.
