Lead - AI Engineer

vFairs is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered features within its virtual events platform, working at the intersection of the core product and AI agent infrastructure. The role owns the vision and architecture for fully autonomous AI agents that can plan and execute multi-step workflows to build complete customer events with minimal human intervention. It also governs the MCP infrastructure, defines safety and evaluation standards, and leads agentic features from R&D prototypes to production-ready microservices. The position mentors engineers, sets AI coding standards, and partners with Product and Executive leadership to translate business vision into a multi-quarter AI roadmap.
