The senior developer participates across the systems development lifecycle, delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet customer needs on schedule while also resolving support-related concerns. The role covers small-scale projects and enhancement requests from intake through deployment, using Agile and Waterfall methods as appropriate, and includes guiding junior developers on design decisions and code reviews. The developer builds and maintains applications across .NET, JavaScript and SQL Server technologies, writes technical specifications, and plans unit, integration and performance testing. The position also provides day-to-day production support, including monitoring, incident triage, root cause analysis and on-call rotation, within established service level agreements.
