The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops and maintains complex software solutions that support core insurance operations. The role spans the full software development lifecycle, from defining technical requirements with product owners and business analysts to implementing scalable, secure applications. The engineer also mentors junior colleagues, leads code reviews, contributes to architectural decisions and drives modernization and innovation. Working within an agile team, the role ensures security, compliance and system reliability while keeping current with emerging technologies.
