Full-Stack Developer (.NET) | Teltonika’s headquarters

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to strengthen our IT Development Competence Center working from our office in Vilnius.

Teltonika’s headquarters, managed by Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of all Teltonika companies and global offices. Our IT development competence center delivers innovative internal solutions focused on process automation, system integration, and intelligent platforms used across the entire organization.

In this role, you will work on internal systems that directly improve business efficiency and enable digital transformation. You will contribute to building scalable solutions using microservices architecture, modern cloud technologies, and automation tools. In this role, you will:

• Develop and enhance internal platforms focused on process digitization, automation, and system integration
• Design and implement modular microservices architecture solutions
• Develop new internal systems and services used across the organization
• Maintain and refactor existing codebase to ensure performance and scalability
• Identify system issues and implement improvements
• Ensure stable and secure system operations, including data flow management
• Work with distributed systems and asynchronous communication solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical solutions
• Contribute to process automation and internal system optimization
• Support team members and ensure high-quality, maintainable code

What we expect of you:

• At least 3+ years of experience in .NET (C#) development
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
• Experience with SQL Server and data handling
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication
• Experience working with Git and modern development environments
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective technical solutions
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team

We will consider as an advantage:

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~4200 Eur – 5040 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
