Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within an Agile and Scrum framework to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with modern technologies, including React.js, Vue.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs, as well as the ability to contribute to AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as Claude to enhance productivity and code quality.

This is a full-time role, on a Flexible shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain scalable full stack web applications using JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3 on the frontend, and Node.js with RESTful API development on the backend.
• Design, build, and document RESTful APIs that enable seamless, reliable communication between frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Integrate and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments leveraging platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, applying best practices aligned with certified cloud development standards.
• Write and maintain unit tests, conduct thorough debugging sessions, and diagnose and resolve production-level issues to ensure application stability and performance.
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, collaborate on sprint planning and code reviews using Git and version control, and contribute to AI-augmented development workflows using tools such as Claude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend environments.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, including React.js and Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, including integration, development, and consumption of web services.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude, to support coding, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced development environment.
