Senior UI/UX Designer

Sealing Technologies, a Parsons company, is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience across its unified software suite. The role owns the end-to-end design process, from research and concept through high-fidelity Figma mockups, reusable component libraries, and developer handoff. Working closely with engineering and product, the designer sets the design vision, advocates for users, and brings strategic design thinking to mission-critical applications used by operators in the field. The position also involves defining design standards and resources that the broader development team relies on, with the autonomy to drive design initiatives and measurably improve shipped products.
