You’ll play a key role in managing a massive, multifaceted publishing platform, keeping legacy systems stable while actively architecting the shift toward a scalable, modern environment.

Experience & Mindset - We are seeking a Senior Developer (4+ years) who prioritizes system design over syntax. You should possess the technical maturity to recognize high-quality architecture and the AI proficiency to implement it rapidly.
AI Integration - You are an "AI-first" developer. You have integrated tools like Cursor into your daily development cycle to accelerate coding, debugging, and system comprehension.
Technical Foundation - Deep conceptual knowledge of C#.NET, Vue.js, and APIs is essential. While you don’t need to be a database administrator, you must understand the fundamentals of SQL, NoSQL, and Graph databases to leverage AI for data management.
Interpersonal Impact - As AI manages the boilerplate, your value lies in translating business needs into technical reality and mentoring the team through clear communication.
Location - Hybrid role based in Warsaw (3 days in-office).
