The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work on a custom community platform built for personal development, coaching, courses, community forums, and daily engagement. The product is currently in private beta with a near-term goal of being launch-ready, so the role involves reviewing the existing production codebase for architecture, security, scalability, and reliability risks before prioritizing major new feature development. The engineer will work directly with the engineer who designed and built the platform, owning features end to end and helping establish engineering standards that will carry into production. The position has a stronger backend focus while also contributing to Vue frontend development, with responsibilities spanning data modeling, testing, integrations, and production monitoring.
