Senior Full Stack Engineer | $150K-$170K + Remote | Inc. 5000 Award-Winning, High-Growth Coaching Company

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work on a custom community platform built for personal development, coaching, courses, community forums, and daily engagement, currently in private beta. The role involves assessing the existing production codebase for security, scalability, performance, and reliability risks, then implementing pragmatic improvements needed for a safe public launch. The engineer will progressively take ownership of the platform's architecture, production readiness, and technical operations, working closely with the original platform engineer and serving as the internal technical counterpart to outside engineering partners. Responsibilities span the full stack with a strong backend focus, including data modeling, feature ownership end to end, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
