Principal Full Stack Engineer | $90-$120/hr + Remote | Inc. 5000 Award-Winning, High-Growth Coaching Company

The company is hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of a custom community platform built for personal development, coaching, courses, and community engagement. The product is in private beta and must be launch ready by November 13, so the role focuses on assessing the existing codebase for security, scalability, performance, and reliability risks, then implementing pragmatic improvements for a safe public launch. Working closely with the engineer who built the platform, the person will progressively take over its architecture, production readiness, and technical operations, ultimately becoming the internal technical owner. The role is backend-heavy but hands-on with Vue.js frontend work, and involves reviewing external engineering partners' architecture and code, plus integrations such as Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector.
