Job Description / 業務について

PayPay Securities, as an important part of PayPay’s financial ecosystem, has launched “Point Management” with over 20 million users and “PayPay Asset Management, the first initiative in Japan that enables asset management on a payment application. Now that the business foundation of the financial ecosystem is finally in place, we intend to expand our business to change the structure of asset management in Japan, with the main target being those who have not yet started asset management or were not interested in it before.

To achieve our goal, PayPay Securities is preparing to bring in technical talents not only from Japan but also globally, just as we have done with PayPay’s product division. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be collaborating with engineers, designers and QAs, and working in an environment where you can be one of the founding members to build up a new organization within PayPay Securities.

Responsibilities / 主な担当業務:

Development and operation of products using web technologies, including PayPay Securities mini-applications, PC trading sites, and business management tools
Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to customize the asset management and investment experience
Prototype development of new features and renewal designs
Technical tasks including unit test improvements and architecture improvements, etc.
PayPay証券ミニアプリ、PC取引サイト、業務管理ツールなどWeb技術を利用したプロダクトの開発と運用
プロダクトマネージャーやプロダクトデザイナーと密接に連携し、資産運用・投資体験をカスタマイズする
新機能開発やリニューアルデザインのプロトタイプ開発
ユニットテストの改善やアーキテクチャ改善を含む技術タスクなど

Qualifications / 必要なスキル・経験 :

3-5 years of in-house web product development experience
Working experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript
Knowledge of modern web development methods and JavaScript related frameworks
Experience with Rest API integration
Ability to work with a strong sense of ownership
Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)
3~5年の自社Webプロダクト開発の実務経験
HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScriptの実務経験
モダンなWeb開発手法、JavaScript関連のフレームワークに対する知識を保有している
Rest APIの統合経験
強いオーナーシップを持ち業務遂行できること
日本語（日本語が母国語、もしくは、日本語能力試験N1同等レベル）
英語に苦手意識がないこと（業務において必要であれば通訳を介します）

Experience developing Securities and Finance related applications
Experience developing functionality while implementing unit tests (TDD)
Experience with Agile development
Experience in Front-end performance monitoring and optimization
Experience building Front-end CI/CD infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Experience in in-house service operation
証券・金融関連のアプリ開発経験
