Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer & Business Operations Specialist to help build robust internal and external applications, while also supporting business operations. The ideal candidate will work across the full development lifecycle—from planning and designing to development and deployment using Vue.js, Nuxt, and APIs, while also contributing to finance and operational functions. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and who is passionate about applying new technology to the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.

• API Integration & Development: Build and manage RESTful APIs to enable seamless interaction between platforms.

• Web Dashboards/CRM Systems: Create responsive web dashboards, CRMs, and client-facing portals.

• AI and Automation: Stay current with AI and machine learning trends, exploring their integration into operations.

• Process Optimization: Map out and analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements for automation and optimization, ensuring smoother operations.

• Version Control: Use Git to manage codebases and collaborate with development teams.

• Finance & Operations Support: Assist with finance-related tasks and data entry when needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years in full stack development using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and related tools.

  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Exposure to AI and automation tools is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Git and version control.

  • Some familiarity with finance operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
