Software Developer – Business Systems & AI

O'Dell HVAC Group is seeking a versatile Software Developer to join its technology team and help develop, maintain, integrate, and improve the systems that support the growing business. Reporting to the VP, Technology, the role involves working across multiple programming languages, platforms, and business applications, including supporting and customizing the NetSuite ERP environment and building integrations with other business systems. The developer will build web-based applications, internal tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and to support the company's digital transformation and growth initiatives.
