Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a full-cycle talent acquisition role where the person owns searches from the first outbound message through to the signed offer, without handing candidates off to someone else. The portfolio starts with software developer, IT and technical product roles, alongside outbound searches in Customer Success and Enterprise Sales. The role also involves growing the employer brand and standing up a campus and internship program with Montréal universities. The position exists to build pipeline for hard-to-fill roles where candidates are not applying directly, using outbound sourcing, structured screening and AI-assisted workflows.
