Head of Development - IT

The Head of Development is the technical reference for the dev team at MEGA's IT department, which builds the ecosystem platforms behind the energy and telecom business lines. You define the technical direction (the 'Technical North Star'), arbitrate technical decisions, challenge and validate estimates, and coach the team to raise delivery quality while staying hands-on. You also lead the team on the human side, growing, motivating and retaining engineers, and champion AI-augmented development with proper standards and guardrails.
