Senior Front End Engineer

The role is a Senior Frontend Engineer position focused on shaping, building and modernising the digital pension portals used by customers. The engineer takes technical ownership of front-end work from early discovery and solution design through development and production, working in a multidisciplinary Agile team. They lead front-end initiatives, influence engineering standards, strengthen code reviews and mentor other front-end engineers. The role also involves modernising the front-end landscape through reusable architecture, stronger automated testing and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
