As a Senior Engineer, you will build and evolve the backend systems powering both direct-to-consumer and B2B health platforms. You'll work across a modern Ruby on Rails and TypeScript stack to deliver clinical insights at scale.

What you will do:

• Design and evolve scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails to support complex clinical data and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and product managers to shape product outcomes and proactively solve ambiguous technical challenges.
• Implement modular, well-tested code across the stack while exploring AI-assisted development workflows to increase team velocity and impact.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 5+ years of commercial software experience with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and designing production-grade backend systems.
• Demonstrates a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into modular, maintainable code using RSpec or Jest.
• Shows curiosity for modern frontend frameworks like Vue3 or Nuxt and an active interest in staying ahead with AI-driven development tools.
