About the Role
As a Front End Vue.js Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high‑quality, scalable, and user‑friendly web applications. You will work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to translate requirements into responsive and performant front‑end solutions while ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain front‑end applications using Vue.js.
- Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into high‑quality, responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and handle data exchange.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following frontend best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, defect fixing, and continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI performance, usability, and functional issues.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
What Makes You Eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of hands‑on experience in front‑end web development.
- Strong experience working with Vue.js for production‑grade applications.
- Experience working with cross‑functional engineering and product teams.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of Vue ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex / Pinia).
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern UI frameworks.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or NPM/Yarn.
- Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and secure coding best practices.
