We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia!

What you’ll get to do:

Proposing solutions to architect, develop, and optimize complex applications.
Mentor developers, conducting thorough code reviews and assuring best practices.
Drive technical decisions and contribute to long-term strategies.
Communicate with Team leads and other developers.

What you need to shine:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong experience in Vue.js and familiarity with React. - Strong knowledge of Node.js on the backend side.
Strong understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization. - Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSockets/SSE.
Experience with debugging code and identifying potential memory leaks.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting to a fast-changing environment and providing solutions for improved workflow.
Understanding of CI/CD deployment procedures and workflows.
Familiarity with Kafka is important as it is used across all services; knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB is a plus.
Advanced English skills in speaking and writing.
Previous experience in the betting industry is a plus.

Here's what we offer:

A starting salary from 4.000 EUR (gross/brutto1).
On-site work with one remote day per week (available after the first 3 months of employment).
Sliding work schedule (start anytime between 8:00 to 10:00 am).
Start with 23 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 33 days by your fifth year with us.
