FE Team Lead

The company is looking for a Team Lead to directly manage a software development team, defining and enforcing agreed processes, ensuring the correctness and quality of produced software, and handling estimation, tracking, communication and standard line management duties such as leave approval, appraisals and recruitment. While this is a management role, the incumbent is also expected to contribute to the product as a Software Engineer, splitting time between leadership and technical output at the level of a Senior Software Engineer. The role involves close collaboration with vendors and wider internal and external stakeholders, and requires driving communication and collaboration across the global organisation.
