UI Designer / FrontEnd Dev (Vue.js)

Campaign Nucleus is a leading SaaS platform for managing political campaigns and organizations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented UI Designer/FrontEnd Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design excellence and front-end development of our SaaS platform while ensuring brand consistency.

Location

This is an office based position and you would be working from our Fort Lauderdale office.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a preference for 2 of those years in the SaaS industry.

Strong experience in front-end design and development.

Must be a self-motivated, well-organized individual who pays close attention to details.

Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc.

Deep understanding of Vue 3, Router & Pinia fundamentals and core concepts.

Expert at one or multiple design applications (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).

Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, modern CSS/SCSS, Flexbox/Grid, Bootstrap.

Demonstrate ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decision.

Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution.

Ability to implement designs from wireframes/mockups into reliable and reusable code.

Experience with Git, GitHub, and similar source code control practices.

Performing code reviews and helping other team members follow our architectural concepts.

Being able to work towards goals on an individual and team level.

Preferred additional qualifications:

Production-level experience building complex front-end applications using VueJS.

Experience with Storybook and Figma.

Experience with Typescript.

Experience in front-end Unit/Feature testing.

Experience with other JS Frameworks (e.g., React).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives.

Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas while maintaining brand consistency.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.

Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
