About the team:

Our Backoffice product is a role-based fleet management system. It offers insights to our users on mobile app usage, tour performance, map-supported real-time delivery progress, detailed usage analytics, and many other relevant business KPIs. It also supports Bettermile in maintaining important data, such as depot details and customer-specific configurations, which are essential for scaling up the business quickly and easily.

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

  • Creating intuitive and visually appealing front-end solutions for our BackOffice team.
  • Working closely with our design team to translate concepts into responsive and user-friendly applications.
  • Developing and maintaining user interfaces using Vue 3, Vuetify, and JavaScript
  • Writing unit tests to ensure code quality and stability.
  • Testing and optimising applications for maximum performance and cross-device/browser compatibility.
  • Conducting pull request reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Communicating effectively with team members.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders beyond your team as well as with our frontend chapter.

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience working with Vue and JavaScript, and feel confident building modern web applications with these technologies.
  • You have a solid background in CSS and HTML and know how to create clean, maintainable, and responsive layouts.
  • You are experienced with testing and test automation and understand how to ensure software quality from the start.
  • You enjoy working closely with others, communicate clearly, and value collaboration as part of a team.
  • You speak English fluently, enabling you to work in an international environment with ease.

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and enjoy leveraging them to build scalable solutions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions, to automate and streamline deployments.
  • Knowledge of content delivery networks (CDNs) and how they improve performance and reliability.
