You will contribute to the building of financial services that empower people to support causes and goodness across the globe. Your contributions will not only involve working closely with technical leaders and various teams to exceed client expectations but also providing mentorship to enhance the team's technical skills and foster a culture of high performance.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer skilled in full stack development to join our Product & Engineering team. Innovate in testing by designing and implementing comprehensive test cases, including automating integration tests within the CI/CD pipeline to enhance early detection (embodying a shift-left approach)
  • Actively participate in code reviews to elevate code quality and maintain consistency across projects. Work on optimizing and refactoring existing systems and legacy code to boost performance and scalability
  • Oversee the CI/CD pipeline management for swift and secure code deployment.
  • Regularly monitor the performance, security, and user experience of all applications under your team's purview, identifying and addressing areas for improvement with a focus on continuous enhancement

What you’ll bring:

  • Seeking a candidate with a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience, bringing over 5+ years of experience in high-performance, full-stack software development
  • You should have extensive expertise in OOP concepts, Java, SpringBoot, Python, Vue.js, Docker, and Jenkins, with additional skills in Drupal and PHP considered a plus
  • Experience with FinSys (orchestration and movement of money across the globe and the associated financial controls)
  • Your experience should also include 5+ years in AWS, covering a broad range of services from API Gateway to Terraform
  • Your skill set should encompass advanced database design across SQL and NoSQL databases, expertise in developing APIs (OpenAPI, JSON:API, GraphQL), and proficiency in Git and platforms like BitBucket/GitHub for version control and collaboration
  • We value problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous situations, and the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable and resilient systems
  • Modern software development efficiencies are core to our success, you should bring an AI-first mindset to your work, leveraging tooling to deliver value effectively.
  • Quality is paramount; we expect a demonstrated pride in delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software
  • Your experience should also include working with legacy systems, optimizing existing software, and fostering a growth mindset to continually improve code quality and processes
