Backend Development.

Strong PHP development experience.

Strong experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce architecture and development.

Experience building and supporting custom Magento modules, APIs, and integrations.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices.

Experience working with MySQL and database design concepts.

Experience consuming and developing REST APIs.

Experience using Git-based source control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).

Platform & Operations

Experience troubleshooting application issues across multiple environments.

Understanding of application security, scalability, and reliability principles.

Experience working within Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban).

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in B2B eCommerce environments Experience with Node.js development.

Experience with AWS services and cloud-hosted applications. Ability and willingness to contribute to frontend development when needed.

Experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, Knockout.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Docker and local development environments.

Experience diagnosing and resolving application performance issues, including API latency, database bottlenecks, caching strategies, and Magento performance optimization.

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platforms.
