Lead Backend Engineer - Project Delivery Add-ons (all genders)

As part of SCAYLE's Add-on Unit, this role takes full technical ownership of the unit's output, architecting, building, releasing and operating modular, plug-and-play e-commerce add-ons that extend the SCAYLE commerce engine. Working across the entire stack with Laravel and Vue.js 3, the Lead Backend Engineer ensures performance, security and maintainability while guiding the team through complex technical decisions. The role also champions the adoption of AI and agentic coding tools across the team, continuously exploring how they can raise both productivity and quality.
