Senior/Staff Full Stack Developer

We’re hiring a Founding Product Engineer at TitleTouch.

TitleTouch is building the money movement and closing operations layer for modern title companies.

Real estate closings still rely on fragmented emails, PDFs, wire instructions, spreadsheets, and manual reconciliation. That creates risk, delays, fraud exposure, and operational drag for title processors handling high-stakes funds.

We’re changing that.

TitleTouch helps title teams securely collect earnest money deposits, manage closing communication, and reconcile payments through purpose-built workflows backed by Modern Treasury virtual accounts. Our goal is to become the trusted financial channel between buyers, agents, lenders, and title companies, starting with earnest money and expanding into the broader movement of funds across the closing lifecycle.

We’re looking for a senior/staff-level Founding Product Engineer who can think from first principles, talk to users, make crisp tradeoffs, and ship full-stack TypeScript fast.

You’ll work across Nuxt/Vue, TypeScript, Cloudflare, Inngest, AI-native workflows, document intelligence, secure client portals, accounting workflows, payment infrastructure, virtual accounts, reconciliation systems, and the operational tooling title processors use every day.

This is a small, high-output team with tight feedback loops, daily shipping, strong engineering taste, and deep use of AI agents in the development process.

You might be a fit if you:

• Think in product outcomes, not just tickets

• Can own ambiguous features from customer pain to polished UI to reliable backend systems

• Are strong with full-stack TypeScript

• Care about UX details, data modeling, reliability, auditability, and speed

• Want to build financial infrastructure in a real-world industry with obvious pain and massive transaction volume

• Are excited by money movement, reconciliation, fraud reduction, and workflow automation

• Already use AI tools deeply and want to push what AI-native software development can look like

• Like working on hard business problems where better software directly saves time, reduces risk, and unlocks new revenue

• Have at least 5 years of experience.
