Senior Frontend Developer (Vue.js/Nuxt.js)

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. Candidates should have;

• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router.
• Previous Nuxt.js experience.
• Experience building modular and reusable components and libraries.
• Experience optimizing applications for performance.
• A deep knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces using component based JavaScript frameworks Nuxt.js and Vue.js.
• Deliver UI/front-end software code that is well architected, secure, and maintainable.
• Ensure code quality by identifying and fixing software bugs, maintain third-party packages to keep applications up to date, and develop unit tests and regression tests.
• Ensure application performance meets defined SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of solid software engineering experience.
• 1+ year developing applications with Nuxt.js and Vue.js.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Familiar with iOS, Android, and cross-platform technologies. Nuxt.js, Vue.js, and Python are our core technologies. You will be responsible for solving complex, cross-functional problems. You will need to understand the tradeoffs between OS native applications and different cross-platform solutions.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life-cycle including automated testing, build processes, and related deployment methodologies.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Experience with Django/Python.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience using third-party libraries in projects.
• Experience integrating internal and third party APIs using REST and gRPC.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
