Relevize currently helps companies like Atlassian, ServiceNow, and Stratus execute millions in quarterly marketing spend internationally across their partner-base with ease.

We're hiring a Director of Engineering (US remote) to join our small team of A+ people and build the foundations of Relevize.

Who You Are: (qualifications)

You're excited about this opportunity because you relish the thought of building a scalable product in tandem with a great group of people. You’re someone who has managed teams with different personalities before, but still wants to code some to keep your mind fresh and to lead by example. We don't require any formal qualifications (who cares if you have a degree!) but value learning new skills — especially from one another.

At minimum:

• Proficiency with Flask, Django, or FastAPI (or similar), Vue.js, Angular, or React
• 2+ years of experience managing a team (or similar translatable experience)

What sets you apart:

• You’ve Done This Before. You have extensive experience managing teams and building a user-facing product while working with Product and internal stakeholders. (B2B SaaS experience is preferred, but not required)
• Curious and always learning. We don't expect you to have experience in every technology we use, but to learn and be productive quickly. Owning several projects and jumping into all of them doesn't scare you.
• You’re a Leader of Your Team. You’re not just their “boss,” you’re a leader, with an ability to guide and grow your team through the ups and down of a growing startup. You love mentorship, care about how your team performs both in work and outside of it, and they can look to you for support.
• Good heart. We don't tolerate jerks and are generally just friendly people.
