Web Engineer with data visualization focus

Create beautiful and performant data visualizations to effectively communicate scientific results. Utilize and grow our custom component library and design system.

Swayable is looking for a Senior Web Engineer (front-end or full-stack) to advance the web interface that powers our core product. In this role, you will work closely with your cross-functional team to build new features and solve novel problems across the spectrum of software engineering, data visualization, and science.

The Senior Web Engineer will report to our CTO, Valerie Coffman, and work within our Scrum-lite work cycles but must be flexible and self-directed enough to get work done on their own.

Technology Stack

You'll be expected to use Vue.js, Tailwindcss, GraphQL, Express, and MongoDB. Opportunities exist to get involved with our Python also (Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Celery, Flask).
