We at **Innovecture** are hiring for a **"Full Stack Developer"** to expand our team, this is a Remote position in India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain backend services using **NodeJS**
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using **VueJS**
- Work with modern frontend frameworks such as **React** or **Angular** when needed
- Work with **MongoDB** and **RabbitMQ** for application data modeling, messaging, and integration
- Build and maintain APIs and application workflows
- Work on an existing, complex application, understand current behavior, and implement enhancements carefully without affecting existing functionality
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Use **GitHub**, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews effectively
- Use **GitHub Actions** for CI/CD automation
- Use **GitHub Copilot** and other LLM-based tools effectively to improve productivity
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Work with limited documentation and independently learn existing system behavior
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

**Required Skills**

- **4+ years of software development experience**
- Strong hands-on experience with **NodeJS**
- Strong hands-on experience with **VueJS**
- Familiarity with **React** or **Angular**
- Hands-on experience with **MongoDB**
- Hands-on experience with **RabbitMQ**
- Experience with **GitHub** and **GitHub Actions**
- Ability to use **GitHub Copilot** and other LLM tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and regression-awareness skills
- Ability to write concise, efficient, and maintainable code
- Familiar with **Agile-Scrum** processes

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Knowledge of **Python** is a plus
- Experience with **AWS services**
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automation
- Previous experience with **finance-based projects** such as **Pensions, Insurance, etc.** is a plus
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices
